More-comprehensive preventive care: The Healsa Wellness Assessment and Plan

• Replaces the traditional annual physical with a year-long schedule of wellness touch points
• 1. Once-a-year comprehensive wellness assessment includes a physical exam and a personalized regimen of testing based on the employee’s needs and medical profile.
  2. An in-depth discussion of exam results provides the basis for developing a proactive Wellness Plan to ensure ongoing health.
  3. At regular intervals following assessment, the Healsa physician follows up with your employees to discuss progress in achieving health goals as well as any health concerns they may have.

These services are offered for a modest fee of about $150 per month for each adult.*
